It’s May, and I thought my novel-in-progress would surely be done by now. The book seems to have a different timeline, and I have been basically staring at an outline of it for the last 4 months. Perhaps you relate or have had an equivalent moment? But something started to shift last week, and I am ready to get back to working steadily forward. After all, what other way is there?
So, for May, the Work Rooms will have the same great flavor, but even more of it! We will meet Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 11 am to 1 PM EST. That’s 3 times a week, 2 hours a shot! Register here.
LFG fellow writers! Join us for as much or as little as you can. Work Room is its own special kind of writing medicine that leaves no bitter taste and has no harmful side effects. (To be clear, it is not actually medicine and cannot replace medical treatment. Neither is bleach. I feel compelled to say that these days.)
Also in May, we will experiment with the chat feature here, to see if we can use it for some goal setting/accountability for our writing. So look out for that and chime in!
Is this the chat? I'll go first: I definitely want to blog on a more consistent basis, and I want to finalize the memoir-in-essays manuscript I've been working on FOR YEARS. I laser focus on it during NaNoWriMo, then as soon as November is over, I barely touch it.
